Pets and Health

It is just so awesome seeing friends who are having pets as a way to help moods. I had a pet one time that helped me tremendously with moods. Some of my friends have posted themselves alone with their pet dog, cat, etc. For me; it happened to be a guinea pig. Sodium

The other day; my friend and I were talking in Lexington,KY. Hence the name of this blog Lexhealthdaily.  He started talking about sodium and taking it out of his diet. I was interested in why he would give so much credence to cutting out sodium out of his diet but the more I looked at it; I was like I can see why.
